My name is Roberta Glisson and I’m a Southern California based photographer, specializing in weddings throughout California as well as worldwide destinations.
I've had an interest in photography since childhood, shooting on my first 35mm camera with black and white film. After studying art in college, I worked in design and advertising. I often found myself wandering onto the sets of photoshoots for the campaigns I worked on. I loved the energy and creative flow of a photoshoot. I fell in love with wedding photography years later.
Shooting a wedding allows me in to some of the most intimate and emotional moments. It is an honor to be present for these moments and to preserve them for my clients.
I now live in North County San Diego with my husband, our three kids, and one huge lab. My life today is a combination of juggling hectic schedules and savoring quiet moments, (not unlike a typical wedding day). I thrive on wind-blown adventure just as much as cozy Sunday mornings at home.

My name is Roberta Glisson and I’m a San Diego-based photographer, specializing in local and destination weddings and elopements.
My interest in photography started as a kid, in Los Angeles, when I had my first 35mm camera with black and white film. I studied fine art in college, spending hours in the darkroom. Then I went on to work in advertising, design, portraiture, and finally wedding photography.
