Orange County Wedding – An Intimate Wedding in San Juan Capistrano

This intimate wedding in Orange County is full of DIY inspiration. Emily and Nick didn’t plan on having an intimate wedding, but it turned out to be the most special day during a difficult year. Like so many other engaged couples, the pandemic forced Emily and Nick to pivot. What was supposed to be a large wedding at a big venue, ended up being the most perfect intimate wedding.

Surrounded by 30 of their closest family and friends, Emily and Nick said “I do” at St. John’s Lutheran Church in the City of Orange, then went back to the most charming AirBnB in the historic Los Rios district of San Juan Capistrano for their reception. The patio was decorated by family members in a rustic chic style that matched the old California charm of their cottage.
